McLaughlin to Deliver Keynote at 2020 CRA Industry Show

Parachute partner Kyle McLaughlin will be taking the stage Monday January 20 at the California Rental Association’s 2020 Rental Rally Trade Show, delivering the opening keynote address on The Customer Experience.

Coming off of multiple education collaborations with the Manufacturer’s and Tent Renter’s Association in 2019, Parachute will head west to share their unique perspective on aligning sales, operations and service teams to make customer experience a differentiator that drives repeat customers and accelerates growth.

McLaughlin will also deliver a second session on Safety & Risk Management for tenting contractors operating in outdoor event environments— drawing on over a decade of practical field experience to guide party rental providers on preparing for the full spectrum of risks and threats.
